3. PRODUCT NATURE — MANUFACTURING TRANSITION DISCLOSURE

EthanMakesArt sells resin religious lamps, including Jesus-themed resin lamps. Due to high demand and operational scaling, products that were previously crafted by hand (handmade) have transitioned to production in industrial manufacturing facilities. This transition has been formally disclosed in these Legal Notices, in the Terms of Service, and in the Shipping Policy.

By completing a purchase on this website, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that:

  • Products are manufactured in industrial facilities and are no longer handmade.

  • No representation of handcrafted, artisanal, or handmade nature is made for current inventory unless explicitly and individually stated in the specific product listing at the time of purchase.

  • EthanMakesArt bears no liability for any claims, disputes, chargebacks, or dissatisfaction arising from expectations of artisanal or handmade quality that are inconsistent with this disclosure.

  • This disclosure has been made available prior to purchase, and the act of purchasing constitutes informed consent to these product conditions.

4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

EthanMakesArt makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information are accurate. However, we do not warrant that such information is free of error at all times. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical product due to screen calibration, lighting, manufacturing variation, or photographic conditions.

In the event of a pricing error or material inaccuracy, EthanMakesArt reserves the right to cancel or refuse the affected order and issue a full refund of any amount paid, with notice to the customer.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable United States federal and state law:

EthanMakesArt, its owners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products, including but not limited to damages arising from delivery delays, product variations, or errors in website content.

Our total aggregate liability to any customer for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by that customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law, including applicable protections under the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 41 et seq.) or state-level consumer protection statutes.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WARRANTY — SUMMARY REFERENCE

Detailed return, refund, and warranty terms are set forth in the Terms of Service and Refund Policy published on this website, which are incorporated herein by reference. The following conditions apply as a material notice:

  • A 90-day limited warranty applies from the date of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, with intact original seal, and in unmanipulated condition.

  • All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds are issued only after complete physical inspection of the returned item by EthanMakesArt. Original shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • Delivery delays attributable to carriers, customs, or logistics providers do not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation.

  • Processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Estimated shipping time is 13 to 20 business days from shipment date. These are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Legal Notices, and all transactions conducted through this website, are governed by the laws of the United States of America and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the state in which EthanMakesArt operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from a purchase or use of this website that cannot be resolved informally through email correspondence shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), to the extent permitted by applicable law. Class action proceedings and class arbitration are expressly waived by both parties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this clause prevents a customer from filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (ftc.gov) or their applicable state consumer protection agency.
